Friends, todays episode is inspired by a conversation with a friend of mine.

She said this year I want “more” I don’t know what that looks like but I just want more.

That really struck me because I feel a lot of people don’t openly admit that they want more, because they don’t want to seem ungrateful for what they have.

Can you relate?

In this episode I talk about why wanting more is not a declaration of dissatisfaction of your current life. In fact being truly grateful for what you have and wanting more for yourself are not things that are mutually exclusive, they can both exist at the same time.

Wanting more doesn't mean more possessions, more money, more accolades - more doesn't have to be material!
