How to cope with change
Everyone reacts differently to stressful situations.
Now more than ever, videos will help us to feel more connected with one another. It will help us feel more HUMAN and help us see that there is a human on the other end.
These things have been keeping me sane and helping me humanize working remotely:
🌟 Getting up at my “usual” time
🌟 Keeping my “normal” morning routine
🌟 Changing out of pjs and putting on makeup
🌟 Taking breaks & setting blocks of break on my calendar
🌟 Continuing to work out at least 20-30 minutes every day
🌟 Schedule check-ins with my colleagues, friends, and family (preferably over Zoom and FaceTime)

Communication
Acknowledge that things are changing, and then accept the change
Keep your routines as much as you can
Unplug from the news and plug into empowering thoughts
Practice self care (bath, relaxing music, meditation, workout)

Write down 3 things that you can control
