Didi is a nutrition coach at Marchon Athletic, a world class gym facility based in Harpenden, UK.

She specialises in getting her clients the results they want, through changes in their nutrition behaviour. Her instagram is full of informative content on nutrition, and is where I came across her.

I invited her on the show to go into depth on understanding the menstrual cycle, more specifically, how it can impact training and eating habits.
