Authenticity. A topic near and dear to my heart. But it's harder than it seems, right? Because showing our true selves, and being open and vulnerable (in a safe way) means facing certain fears. Fear of not appearing perfect or having it all together. Fear of being judged or hurt. We've all been there. But we also know that if we want to build true relationships...if we want to build real community...if we want to change the world like nobody's business, we need to not only accept our unique selves - without apology - but punch fear in the face.

Pop open some chocolate, friend, because we are going to get real about being real. It's time to stop feeling as if we're not good enough; as if we can't be enough; and give our imperfect selves permission to be someone's perfect solution. (Because we are.)
