This week's Q&Ray is devoted to answering a really good question I received via my Instagram story. Here's what it said:

How do you build relationships with people you just meet without sharing stuff before you're ready?

This is an excellent question that I have had to answer for myself more than 10 times in the last 9 years of being in the military. Constantly moving from one side of the U.S. to the other will do that. In this episode, I break down how critical it is to identify potential relationships and be purposeful about building that friendship with the marble jar analogy. What!?
