Essential oils are snake oils and should never be trusted!  JK!!  The truth is you won't know until you try them yourself.  Have you ever tried to look for published research for a topic, only to find many articles for or against the same topic?  Yup!  It seems like you can find research to back up any argument nowadays.  Of course, being a bit of a science nerd, I do love reading research articles within the health and wellness space.  doTERRA has done and is currently doing leading edge research on essential oils which is why I love this company.  But if we can find articles for and against this subject matter, the only thing left to do is to try them yourself.  In today's episode we are going to be talking about using essential oils to aid in stress management, sleep and emotions.  Essential oils are another tool you can add to your wellness toolbox.  I find that combining them with other modalities really helps to support my mind, body and spirit.  I am going to share with you how to best use oils for emotional support and rest and which oils I love.  Remember, this is not medical advice and you should consult with a medical professional before trying them.
