What does it really take to build a new habit?
This is a question I’ve been asked countless times, so in this episode of Health, Habits, and Epic Living, I’m going to tackle some of the most common myths about habit change that can trip us up.
Understanding this is so important because believing in these myths can keep you stuck, which can prevent you from making the progress you deserve.
