Johan Martinez-Khalilian is an internationally recognized mental performance coach working with elite athletes, coaches, and executives across the NBA, MLB, NHL, and NCAA. As the founder of DVLPMNT, he helps high performers master their inner game—how they show up moment to moment—to unlock their next level. His “Way of Being” approach integrates mind, heart, body, and spirit, making his coaching both holistic and transformational.

Johan has worked with premier organizations like the Philadelphia Phillies, Toronto Blue Jays, Pittsburgh Pirates, Milwaukee Brewers, Texas Rangers, Buffalo Sabres, Memphis Grizzlies, Philadelphia 76ers, and Angel City FC. A proud Chicago native with Puerto Rican and Persian roots, Johan blends street smarts, soul, and strategy. He now lives in Southern California with his wife Lynna and their two kids, Ísla and Kóa.
