Speaking of moving, WE'RE MOVING! - (19:40)

This episode is the last of what we will be calling the "2018 Pilot Season".  Over the past 24 episodes our content has evolved in to various segments, which we expected.  Of the 4 or 5 segments we are changing the format of our show to feature the two most popular - real estate education and local businesses / attractions "The Local Flavor".

 

In July we will release our first season of the new Selling Sarasota in a serial form but with all episodes at once (like on Netflix) and the seasons will be released every few weeks in the format of an online audio book released a chapter at a time.  The difference between Selling Sarasota and a traditional audio book is our show / book will be recorded in an interview format between Shelley and Ed, with the occasional guest.

 

Once the new season of Selling Sarasota is published we will be in production for our first few weeks of The Local Flavor which will be a short format video show featuring local businesses and attractions that make Sarasota such a great place to live!  The show is scheduled to go live by early August with new episodes posting to YouTube every Tuesday and Thursday.  We are considering publishing the audio track for this show as a regular podcast as well depending on our production schedule and how well this show translates to audio.
