What a delight it was to talk to Shable Harris, a Software Engineer and Creative Director based out of Miami Beach, Florida.  In this episode, Shable shares her journey, what she learned along the way and the importance of learning how to fall in love with failure.  What I was most excited about this episode is how Shable talked about the importance to make room for yourself and not being "quiet about it."  She also speaks of tribe, community and the things that being in tech taught her as an African-American woman.  Her advice is wonderful and her heart is sincere!  Enjoy the episode!
