On the surface, Zoe Jones is an atypical CrossFit athlete. Having grown up in a small farm town in Michigan with no weightlifting or gymnastics experience in her athletic background, she wasn't sure where her CrossFit journey would take her. Not only has it taken her to the CrossFit Games, it has also taken her to Cookeville and the CrossFit Mayhem team.
