Personal mediations shared with an audience who are interested in moral excellence and attaining the capability to think constructively. Fady Attala, a 22-year old deep thinker, who isn't a philosopher nor a Stoic, but someone who likes to think deeply in hopes of improving himself as an individual and seek a valourous conduct through working on his personal goals. This is also something he wants to share with everyone including the men in today's "strange" world. I believe that the one way to living healthy is living with meaningful virtues to help comprehend the concept of excellence.
