025 What Are Your Anchor Points?

In this episode, Eric and Joe not only celebrate the 25th episode(!), but they also center the discussion around our anchor points. 

For some, it’s family. It might be your belief system or even the reason you exercise regularly. The benefits of all of the above have been widely documented. When in balance, each focus point would most likely be considered a solid anchor point. 

While an anchor is there to secure whatever it’s tethered to, it’s also, by design, meant to be pulled up, so whatever it’s holding in place can move along to another destination. 

Life will bring various waves our way. The important thing is to know when it's time to stay firm or when it is time to let that sail unfold.
