I find myself talking about the importance of sleep with everyone in my life.
Why? Because it's something I've struggled with for years and according to the American Sleep Association, there are 50 to 70 million Americans who suffer from sleep disorders. It took years to get my sleep back in rhythm and it's still a delicate matter. So, today I am going to share the tools I learned to use from Ayurveda that helps me get a good night's sleep…and yes, even while I was pregnant and now with a baby at home.
