So, it's late January and you've realized you've already failed your New Year's resolution to eat healthier.  Somehow the holiday eating just continued and you are feeling tired, sluggish, moody, OH and ashamed!  You went into your New Year's resolution with enthusiasm and excitement and even downloaded new recipes and printed out a meal prep calendar.  So what the heck? Why did you fail?  In this episode of the She Creates Whole Living podcast, I am going to talk about why we might be having a tough time making healthy choices when it comes to our diet and three areas of focus that can help us be successful.  I am going to share some of my own failures and what I have done since to make eating healthy a way of life and not a "diet."  I hope this episode blesses you beyond measure.
