With a career spanning more than 17 years, Jay Crowell has experienced firsthand the many challenges and changes of the mortgage industry. Throughout it all, he has stayed true to his core convictions of faith, integrity, collaboration, and selfless service. Jay is currently the Pacific Northwest Regional Production Manager for Cornerstone Home Lending.
While Jay and his team have been widely recognized for their volume, Jay believes that the real value of what he does is based on much more than numbers and accolades. “My team and I share a passion to serve our clients and our community,” Jay says. “Home lending is our platform to positively transform lives and fulfill long-term goals through responsible, sustainable homeownership.”
