Karen Cooper has been a pioneer throughout her entire life. She is the youngest elected official in Loudoun County history when elected to the Lovettsville Town Council at the age of 19. She started a Facebook Group named Empowering Women in Real Estate which now has over 1500 members. She has also approached the profession of Real Estate Agent and Broker from every possible angle. She has been a new agent on a team, an individual agent (doing it all), a managing broker for a busy brokerage, and now she is a co-owner of a rapidly growing real estate team with Pearson Smith Realty. She has tremendous perspective regarding what makes for successful careers and more importantly successful lives as real estate professionals.
