I kept a physical diary of all elements of my daily health, both mental and physical. I found that by making such a mindful act to really reflect on my body and mind for each day I felt a much deeper understanding for how I function. I ultimately felt empowered with this understanding and it has transformed my relationship with my body and physical health.
