Today, I’m joined by Will Collins, and we're talking about the Evolving Role of Human Resources. Will is the president of New Venture Resources, an HR consultancy specializing in helping small businesses. He was raised on a tobacco farm in rural NC, and after getting his undergraduate in personnel management, he went on to lead HR teams for 50 years, most of that time in the manufacturing sector. Will also served as the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Workforce Development for the State of North Carolina. I’m excited to have him on the show to talk about the Evolving Role of Human Resources.
