In this very special episode we interview actress Karina Kolokolchykova (Awareness, The Grandmother), about her story leaving Ukraine aged two, living above a sex-shop in London and being taunted for mispronouncing ‘marihuana’ in class. Relocating to Spain at eleven years old, Karina explains navigating stereotypes in her personal and professional life, and tells us when to fight, and when to embrace, typecasting when building a successful career in the performing arts. On the second half we turn our signature game Legally British into… Legally Spanish? Karina grills born Spaniard Pablo Saura with questions from the Spanish citizenship test, shaming him about how little he knows about his own country.
