Here is a recycled episode from the Pela & Co podcast, where I was a guest. Pela is a dear friend, photographer and just all around badass and this conversation had lots of facets we could've dived deeper into. But the main conversation really had to do with permission. Permission to speak your truth, say what you need, do what you need and fill up your cup first and THEN pour from the overflow.
