Marci is a fitness and nutrition coach based out of Northern California. For the past 12 years she has worked with clients both in person and online, helping them to embrace a love of strength training, while teaching them how to use proper nutrition to fuel their bodies for optimal health, performance, and body composition.

Having overcome disordered eating and overexercising, Marci now believes that proper nutrition and intelligent strength training, coupled with stress management and daily mindset practices, are at the foundation of people becoming their best, most confident selves.
