There is medicine in God for our spiritual sicknesses. However, without man’s cooperation with God, he cannot be healed. To cooperate with God, a man must first deeply recognize and acknowledge that he is sick and in dire need of the Lord (the physician). Without a deep recognition of the destruction that sickness brings, and a strong desire to be healed, a man cannot be made whole. Any step taken towards the Lord for healing, without these realisations, would be done in vain. The Lord truly desires that we be made whole. He desires that our vessels would be brought back in alignment with Him so that our infirmities will be removed.
