Meet Katrina Anderson, an Indiana native, who, for many years, denied her blindness.

Growing up with limited vision, she refused to use a cane for vanity’s sake, but later in life, she was forced to accept her blindness, or lose her independence. Learning mobility skills, then later learning rehabilitation, she became a rehabilitation teacher of the blind, was married to an amazing man, and learned that vanity is not all there is to life.
