030: How to develop consistency in your life to reach your goals

Are you someone that has your mindset on a goal and will do whatever it takes to accomplish it even if it drains all the energy out of you in the process? It's no wonder why so many of us start on this journey and then get frustrated because after we've accomplished what we've set out to do we backslide and dread going through the process.

What I've learned over the last few years is that if you develop small consistent habits over time you are more likely to not only enjoy the process but also accomplish your goals without suffering physically and mentally for it. Embrace the journey! It doesn't have to be as hard as we tend to make it.
