One of the simplest way to monetize your podcast is Invest your time. You can direct them into your website or use an email address if you doesn’t have a website yet. Have people schedule a 15 minute strategy call with you. It’s free and zero obligation, you do not sell them anything at the end. Those who will take a time out of their day to schedule a 15 minute conversation with you, those are the ones that want to be a part of your tribe (people so loyal to you that will consume anything you put out there). Ask them questions and take those responses and find a pattern of what these people really want from you or what they’re asking for. They’re going to ask you for some sort of product that they want you to make for them. And then you make it and sell to the masses. That takes a lot of time, takes a lot of effort. It’s not going to be a quick win but it’s a guaranteed win. You will going to find out how to do something that you can monetize and you are using the people that actually listen to your podcast to find that thing. It’s not the quickest way but it’s one of the simplest.
