Discussing natural hair is one of my favorite pastimes.  I personally know what it is like to experience natural hair discrimination at work and at home.  The fact that we're still having this very important conversation tells me that it may be time to take a different angel.  In this brief episode, I discuss my Thrive Global feature as a Natural Hair Advocate and the importance of affirming our children that also have coily, kinky and curly hair.
