Anger can be a positive influence on your behavior. We can use the anger we feel when we align it with the vibration of passion. People tend to fear the experience of lower vibration feelings. When you are afraid of your emotions, your emotions are in control of you and not the other way around. 

So many people post on social media that they want "positive vibes only" or are only looking for "positive people" to comment or post. 

The funny thing is, people who understand motivation and the process of change are very comfortable in the lower vibrations. These people don't dwell in those vibrations however, they are empowered to utilize these vibrations to get them moving towards their goals.
