031: The coaching advantage with Sarah Brammeier

Listen Later

Sarah Brammeier is Head of Executive Coaching Practice at Impact and is passionate about coaching. She believes that facing and exploring uncertainty and difference is essential to being, learning and leading in our age. This episode touches on how coaching can support people to explore their edges, to learn what is required to get them to their goals and to see if AI could ever step into this role.

“One thing that comes across in lots of coaching sessions is leaders are still going non-stop, edging on burnout. We’re trying to do more with less, dealing with a highly uncertain environment and the high performing people that we work with have reached their edge. Coaching provides some space to think and to build back some resilience.”
