Here are three things to add to your life to make this year better than last year!
1. A Gratitude Habit - Letters, texts, hugs, prayers, or anything to remind yourself to be grateful for everything in your life.
2. Recoup Time - Not vacation or retreat. This is a specific time to be at your best when you return. Take time to do what you need to to be at your best.
3. GSD List - Write down three things you want to get done for the next day. Then, when you wake up, you can ruthlessly go after these three top priorities. Create and keep to a Get Stuff Done List!
