Most of us have anxiety whenever we try something new.  Trying something new means you are unsure of yourself.  It means you might fail.  You might look stupid.  You might embarrass yourself.  And you will feel super vulnerable.  

So what do we do?  We avoid those situations at all costs.  And this seems like a wise decision. But is it?  Trying new things is how we grow. It’s how we learn.  It’s how we decide what we like and what we don’t like.  It’s how we get better at being uncomfortable.
