For the past 40 years, Paul has been a student and teacher of leadership concepts. He has been a college professor, coach, human resources executive, parent, and grandparent. He has written over 100 articles and 22 books on various aspects of management and leadership. His latest book is called Leadership--Are you providing the right amount? Which helps leaders determine the right balance for leading their teams. I’ve always said that leadership is a balance, and oftentimes, too much of a good thing can become a bad thing. I’m excited to have Paul back on the show to talk about finding Leadership Balance.
