With obesity rates on the rise, we are seeing a generation with a shorter lifespan and poorer healthy compared to their parents.  People are suffering with diabetes, cancer, heart disease and stroke at a higher rate, but there is something we can do to stop this!  In this episode I am going to share with how to use exercise as medicine to prevent these diseases and to live a longer, healthier life.  I don't know about you, but I want to live well into the 90's and maybe even 100's enjoying life and not stuck on a long list of medication.  We can use exercise in a strategic way to help us avoid living a sick life!!  Join me to learn what type of exercise is best, how much exercise you need, and ways to become consistent.
