Welcome to season 3 of The Raw Pod! It’s been way too long since I’ve recorded my last podcast episode and a lot has happened since then. In this episode I give you guys a run down of my life and what I’ve been up to, from finishing my coaching course to launching my coaching business into the world. I’m so excited to be taking you with me on this crazy journey we call life.
We all have a purpose in this life. It’s not something you need to look for outside of you but rather you just need to bring it to life from within you. To help you connect with your purpose I take you through a practical exercise which will get you out of your head and into your heart. When you get into your heart space you start to connect with how you want to feel and how you want your life to look like. Once you get clear on these two things, I then get you to set an action item to get you moving into your purpose. You are more inclined to be connected to your purpose when you tune into your body and feelings rather than being stuck in the negative thoughts that cloud your mind.
