Our face expresses emotions we are often reluctant to share.  Scientific research is proving unprocessed emotions are the root of almost all physical illness.   There are two type of thinking or processing;  Internal or External.  Determine your processing style, ways to communicate to loved ones your processing needs and ways to be proactive to process your emotions best way for you.
