A few days ago, I posted THIS POST on my Instagram. I shared that after losing 45kg, over a period of 2 years, I gained back 30kg and I felt ashamed, embarrassed and really disappointed in myself. In this episode, I break down that post and elaborate on all of the feels and share my vulnerability as a way for me to get back into integrity.

My hope is that by me sharing this, that if you are struggling with this, you don't feel alone. This time in life is really difficult because you're more hard on yourself than ever before.
