If "getting skinny" is no longer enough of a reason to kick your lil bott into gear, it might be time to rethink your why.
For so long my "why" was associated with being skinny. Deep down I thought that getting smaller would make me stop hating myself, become more confident and feel worthy and good enough. These days, my why could not be further from that.
I have learnt that my worth as a woman and my value as a human has nothing to do with my appearance.
The reason I get up every single day and focus on living a healthy lifestyle has nothing to do with what I look like and everything to do with how I feel.
My hope for you as you listen to this, if you are still currently being driven by your appearance, is to hopefully shift your focus on feeling better and becoming the best version of you, outside of your appearance.
