033: How I changed my self-talk about my stomach (Bonus Episode)

What do you constantly speak of, or complain about? That could give you an insight into what you truly care about or what your insecurities are.
For the longest time, I said: I have big stomach, look at my big stomach. I drew people's attention to it, whether they cared to listen or not.
Most often people don't notice the things we're insecure about but we do.
When I changed my self talk and the other tips I share in today's episode, it didn't change my reality - the size/shape of my stomach. What it did change was the way I saw my stomach.
I've realised from my experience that it's not our bodies that's the problem but the way we think of our bodies. The way we think of our bodies reflects in what we see when we look at ourselves. The mirror reflects what you think or feel back to you.
