Rebekah reminds us that as children we simply created art in any form without reservation and with reckless abandon. At some point limiting beliefs in our selves stopped us from creating any form of art. She gives us all 3 actionable steps to bust those limiting beliefs and tap back into our creative self as well as so many different ways to find our own version of art!
