033 - Rebekah Mersereau - For Arts Sake, Just Create!
Rebekah Jane is the founder of Rebekah Jane Art, a mother, wife and a lover of art. Rebekah believes so deeply that art is the catylist for creating positive change that she created a certification program, Connections through Creativity, to help others make a radical impact in their communities all across Canada. She is an author in the upcoming The Great Canadian Woman book series where she talks about the realities of personal growth through starting her business. You can find Rebekah sipping cider reading books on her couch, creating art, or having dance parties with her family.

- How to tap back into your creative self
- How we can use art as a form of expression, therapy and personal growth
- Helpful guidelines to get back to creating your form of art and believing that EVERYONE is an artist.
Rebekah reminds us that as children we simply created art in any form without reservation and with reckless abandon. At some point limiting beliefs in our selves stopped us from creating any form of art. She gives us all 3 actionable steps to bust those limiting beliefs and tap back into our creative self as well as so many different ways to find our own version of art!
