As we’re kind of hitting sort of midday here, I am thinking about something we touched on in the daily meditations yesterday, which is this idea of pausing. These five minutes of breath can be a great pause in your day. Perhaps it can help you find the pause you need in whatever has had your attention, whatever the feelings might be in this moment. Just breathing and being with today and the moment is what we’re doing together.
