Hello and good morning, friends.
While I was thinking about what to share with you this morning, the idea that kept coming up was just how special it is that you’re here, that we’re all here.
It is a radical act to even attempt to be really here with what is in this moment. There are so many things that take us away from ourselves, from each other. Meditation is a path back, I think, back from the scrolling and the busybusybusy of life. Finding ourselves with the breath and the openness of the moment even for a brief time is really special.
So we’re holding this intention of being present today, present in the distraction and the focus, present with the breath and our wandering away. Nothing is pushed aside. The moment is right here always.
