Hello hello, friends. How has your week been?
Today’s meditation is one I think I needed this morning myself. Sometimes when things are shifting either in small or big ways, getting still is the last thing that I want to do. Maybe you too? But when I don’t want to find that stillness is when I know that I need it.
That’s not to say we shouldn’t move things through our bodies with actual movement, but that there is a balance we can find between stillness and wanting to run from things.
Stillness can help us see what’s truly going on, to act from a place of choice instead of reactivity. It can be informative. It can soothe some frayed edge feelings.
Of course, if none of this feels like it resonates, today’s meditation is still a lovely exercise in just being right here.
