Before I hit the record button today, I did a journaling meditation and asked what message needed to come through me to share with you and what I kept hearing was confidence. Trust me, I needed this message today, too!

These cards were perfect (not surprised) for today's message and if you're an entrepreneur and you haven't checked out Emily's podcast...do yourself a favor. 

In this episode, I talk about the simple steps that I use to build my confidence and manifest abundance into my life.

1. Believe you are WORTHY! Believe that you are enough and that you deserve the desires and dreams in your heart. God gave them to you because He wants them for you too! Start believing that you can have it ALL!
2. Release! Let that shit go, Sis! Release the negative thoughts, the doubt, the fear, and the resistance. If it's no longer serving you...why they heck are you holding on to it?
3. Forgive yourself! You can't beat yourself up for having a negative thought about yourself. 
4. Invest in yourself! You MUST make time for yourself EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. When you don't make time for yourself, you give that power to someone else and that only builds resentment which lowers your vibration. Low Vibe = No Bueño!
5. Visualize it! Stop for a minute. Close your eyes. Picture your perfect day in so much detail. From the sheets on your bed, to what you eat, to how you look, walk, talk, act. Allow these images to evoke high vibe emotions. Start feeling these same emotions NOW!!!
6. Give Gratitude! You MUST give thanks for all that you have and all that you are in this moment. When you don't, it's like telling The Universe it's not a big deal. If you want more for your life but you're not grateful for what you already have, why in the heck would more come to you? *A little secret. The more you give gratitude, the more you want to give it.
7. Celebrate! Inline with gratitude, we must celebrate every win whether big or small. Let me be clear, you don't need to purchase something to celebrate. It can be as simple as jumping up and down and doing a little dance!

I encourage you to just start! Make a small tweak every single day, moment to moment, and start making this shift. Eventually, over time it will have this avalanche effect. Start feeling good now, where you're at...don't wait!
