#034 What Can you Make Easy?

Welcome back to finding Joy in the Hard.  Over the next 30 days, I am going to release   a short episode daily. I'm making it super easy for myself by not including the intro, the outro or the music. 

My goal is to break through my perfectionist tendencies and share with you great content to help you shift your mindset, to see your potential and to find more ease in your day. 

This episode was recorded in my car driving to school where I teach Yoga for Stress Management. The perfectionist in me would have re-recorded it because the sound isn't great. But the message is. So I'm sharing it and hopefully something about it will resonate with you. 

The healing tip is to hold your thumb and breathe. This helps to reduce anxiety, obsession, pre-occupation and calm your mind.
