Sam is a good friend of mine, we lived together at Uni and since then he has gone on to be an Officer in the British Army, not once but twice, as a reservist and now regular.

He inspires me, as he has done things in which are very impressive, he leads a group of soldiers day to day, with great empathy and understanding.

We talk a lot about leadership and what it takes to be a good leader, the importance of family and how hard it would be to a single parent (we take a hats off to those who are).
