Staying healthy while you travel

Important components

  • Circulation/detox- Blood, sweat, and Lymphatic system
  • Movement - on long drives and plane travel, be sure to stretch and use mobility exercises before, after, and in between.
  • Thermal Medicine - both sauna and cold shower gets your blood and lymph system moving.
  • Exercise - preferably cardio to get a good sweat and get the fluids moving throughout the body
  • Hydration - we forget to drink water on vacation. Super important to enhance the detoxification methods of the body. Also prevents overeating and helps digestion.
  • PEDs
    • Vitamin C, D, B12, zinc etc. Keep your immune system at full strength throughout travel.
    • Digestion Enzymes - help your body process the food that you may not normally eat.
    • 5-htp - our serotonin system gets over stimulated during travel. Helps sleep and mental recovery
