It's no secret that Special Operations and the surrounding mythos has dominated Gun Culture for the last two decades, but as one generation passes the torch to the next, we are starting to see a need for a different set of skills. At the same time, this new wave of Gun Culture has grown up with AR-15's in a way that no previous generation had. As Millennials begin to take the reigns, in businesses, media, content, and even the Philosophy of Violence, we are seeing a slight tempering of some of the fervor, resulting in cooler-headed or wiser approach to the tasks at hand. 

Austin joins the show to discuss what he sees as tactical maturity, as well as presenting what he considers the 13 necessary skills of a Citizen.
