The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spent part of Wednesday in Elizabeth and we were there to bring you the colour and the insights - and Steve brought back something quite unexpected!

With this show going out on Anzac Day Eve, we took time to look at the first Anzac Day event ever, which took place in Adelaide in 1915.

Continuing the historic theme, we chatted with Chloe from Yelp about the Nanna Skillz Tasting Festival on Sunday, May 4. It will feature demonstrations of the skills of yesteryear from brewing to pickling.

And in a further acknowledgement of Anzac Day, we chat with Louanna Hacket, an exercise physiologist from Funlife Fitness Centre at Ingle Farm, about her work rehabilitating veterans.
