Before Robert started practicing laughter yoga, he had to put furniture in front of the door for him to feel safe every time he was staying in a hotel. When he got into laughter yoga, the fear went away, and he no longer needed the furniture for him to feel safe.

Since 1990, Robert has given over 8000 presentations in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the US. His mission is to use mindfulness, laughter, and the performing arts to bring more excellent health and happiness to individuals and organizations worldwide.
