In this episode of „Cooking and Baking with Mo“ we have a real treat for you. Mo is baking some molten chocolate lava cakes, he has also edited the podcast by himslef! What do we need for our Lava Cakes?

125g of butter and some extra butter to grease

75g plain flower

150g dark chocolate broken into small pieces

75g stoned dates (Datteln)

2 whole eggs

2 egg yolks (Eigelb)

75g soft brown sugar  – just use regular sugar in case you don’t have any brown sugar

and some decoration of your choice. (I’d recommend vanilla ice cream)
